"Fall"ing into a good time

Well another month has come and gone as well as Faith's 2nd birthday and Halloween. Faith had a wonderful time at her Party. Which was really a two day event. Friday night was pizza and presents with all of the family. Then Saturday brought more gifts and sugar!!!! We had her party at a local park. The weather started off good, but by 1 o'clock the fog was rolling in. Welcome to "sunny California"!! Faith loved opening presents. Now every time she sees a box or bag she yells out "PRESENT". It is amazing how fast time goes by. It seems like only yesterday she was born. She is really growing into a beautiful little lady. Another new thing for her was Halloween. Jason took her out trick-or-treating. She loved it. She also loved the candy. She dressed up as a cheerleader for the San Francisco Giants. She got a lot of compliments on how cute she looked. Emma and I stayed home and passed out candy to the kids. During dinner every time the doorbell rang Faith would say "trick-or-treat". She sure knows how to crack us up. I don't think our life could be any better then it is now. We are blessed with two beautiful girls. Now we are getting ready for Thanksgiving, moving and Christmas. From here on out things are going to be crazy, but in a good way.

La Vida Loca

Things seem to get crazier everyday here. So much is happening. Jason is getting ready to gradute in about two months. After graduation he'll be off to Arizona for a month and then off to Texas for another two. And then.......

Then it's off to GEORGIA!!!! We report April 10. Here's the really "fun" part. We get to drive from California to Gerogia. One week in a car with two small kids and a dog. That is a recipe for insanity. But, I guess what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

The girls are doing great. Emma smiles all the time now. I only wish she slept as much. She sleeps through the night, but refuses to take a nap longer than 20 minutes durning the day. Things could be worse though. She really is a beautiful baby. She's got the cutest little dimples. She is definetly going to break some hearts when she gets older.

Faith has turned into a "Chatty Cathy". She loves to talk to everyone and everything. She also likes to play mommy with her toys. So for her birthday she is getting her very own baby. Maybe now she'll give her sister some space. Faith is always trying to shove a pacifier into Emma's mouth (poor girl). She is a great big sister. She is just getting so big. She even had a say in her birthday party theme. She definetly loves to voice her opinion and tell us when she doesn't want to do something. Only by the grace of God do I still have my sanity :) She loves to say NO to me and Jason. But it's all forgotten when she runs up to us and asks for a family hug. She is an amazing little girl. We are so blessed.

A couple of weeks ago we had the girls decicated at church. Once I get the pictures back I will scan them and post them. Faith looked so beautiful and Emma couldn't have been cuter. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful church family.

So now we start the long process of getting ready to leave. I'll be moving back home for the three months Jason will be gone. We are trying to save money for new appliances and furniture for the house we are going to be buying in Georgia. We love you all and my God bless your lives.

Welcome

Welcome all!!! Things are busy as ever. Faith is getting ready to turn two next month. I can't believe it. She is really growing into a beautiful little girl. Jason and I have been so blessed. Faith has also started potty training. I'll be glad when she is out of diapers. She loves reading. Now she reads to Emma. Emma is getting bigger everyday. I forgot how tiring (in a good way) a newborn is. We are lucky though, Emma is already sleeping through the night (most nights now). She can hold her head up very well already. She is such a wonderful baby.
This past weekend we went home for my little sisters wedding. Boy, what an emotional day. It was a beautiful wedding. Of course Faith looked so cute. Jason looked as handsome as ever in his Class A's. There is nothing like a man in uniform. We had a wonderful time seeing all of our family.
Now we are just getting ready for Faith's Birthday Party. I love planning parties. I haven't decided what kind of theme we're going to do. Jason laughs because I can't decide between Strawberry Shortcake or a princess theme. He says Faith isn't going to care either way. He's probably right:)
